"I dropped off my daughter's WHITE dress (see picture on the left) to be cleaned a few weeks ago. It came back beige (see picture on the right). I talked to the owner, Brad, and he said, "the dress was never white to begin with, and it came in as a beige dress." So Safeway basically told me that I am either a liar or color blind. I took this picture using the same background, lighting, and the same camera/setting. You guys can decide on your own."

"I had a Halloween dress that needed to be hemmed by 3 inches. I dropped off on Monday and was told it would be ready Friday by 4pm (Halloween was on Saturday). At 5pm on Friday, the costume was not at the cleaners. The guy called and had it delivered but when I called to see what was going on because they were closing in 20 minutes, I was told that the alterations person brought the dress up to the store but that it was the wrong one. The guy said he would go to the alterations person's house and get the dress and deliver it to me. Within the hour, he was at my house with the dress! He apologized over and over. Alterations Pros: alterations were perfect! Alterations Cons: Pricey ($22 for a 3 inch hem), didn't have item ready for pickup and then dropped off the wrong item While I am not super impressed with the alterations department, I am really impressed by the customer service of the gentleman that took time out of his Friday night to make things right. I don't know too many other businesses that would do that nowadays. Greatly appreciated."

"I dropped my laundry off one morning when my dryer broke and they had my clothes ready that afternoon. Everything was clean and ready the way I was expecting. They provided excellent value for the money spent. I was in a pinch with my dryer broken and they were a life saver. I have also used them for my dry cleaning and they did a great job with that too."

"No one should use this cleaners. I took my grandson's clothes to be cleaned and pressed for a homecoming dance. The zipper in the slacks are broken. I know for a fact the zipper wasn't broken before we took the clothes up there because he tried them on. I am very very angry!!!"
