"ServePro of Brandon was referred to us by our insurance company to handle our water damaged property. The hot water heater located in the attic had ruptured and water had leaked into the ceiling in 3 rooms. No one was at home when this occurred. Once contacted, ServePro was able to begin that same day on drying out the property. Once that was completed, we worked out a schedule that would allow them to remove the damaged sections, repair the ceilings and paint. Working with Jason Ball of ServePro was a pleasure. After the team came and set up blowers to dry everything then I met with Derrick. He was very professional and very kind. He sent me estimates to repair the damages. First team was Carlos and his team. Painting and Sheetrock. Everything went well. After then Flowood Flooring came and Zack replaced the bathroom floor. Carpet team came last.
