"We had recently purchased large, expensive area rugs for our new house. We had a new pet in the house that we have found to have urinated on these new rugs. We had the rugs professionally cleaned by this company. After picking up the rugs and placing them back n our house we were met with a fairly strong odor of urine and the stains on the carpet were still there. After calling the company back, and speaking with the owner, we were advised they make no claims to be able to remove odors or stains and it is clearly written in the paperwork we signed. Furthermore, one of the carpets had numerous holes/cuts in the backing and a hole developing through the carpet. Of course the company is not responsible for any damages. While I understand not all stains are able to be removed, I don’t feel the carpets should have been returned in worst shape then they were sent . Poor customer service, poor quality of service!"
