Fluff & Fold Coin Laundry

"1)Dirty 2) uninviting appearamce/ location.3) Old washers and older dryers 4) owner out in the parking lot. Working on his truck. No judgement..I get it..times are tuff. But as he did walk back into the facility a few times . He didnt make eye contact. No smile. Nada.. I was completely ignored.x3. No big deal..Going back to the dryers he has that fail to spin. I had to move wet laundry twice because the dryers wouldnt work. Lost many quarters...Finally moved all my wet clothes to my car. Going out of my way back to my regular laundry in Floras. That place sparkles compared to this hole in a wall. I feel sorry for those older folks that cant travel to a better place. THEY DESERVE MUCH BETTER THAN THIS. DO BETTER."

"Will definitely not return. This place left my laundry smelling like they were washed in sewer water. I've since re-washed and still can't get the smell out using EXTRA detergent."

"Clean place. There are a lot of machines, and none of them seem to be broken. The cheapest washing machines are 2.25 per load, which I think is reasonable. They always have a small TV playing daytime television, and there's a retro arcade machine near the entrance with a choice of games. Sometimes coin laundry places can feel.... Lousy? This one doesn't."

"Awful. First time, I thought I would be done with my laundry (sheets and comforters) in two hours but it took a little longer than usual. There was an older black lady there who seem to be trustworthy, who offered to finish and fold my laundry and have it ready the next morning. It was obvious that she worked there. I decided to trust her, exchanged numbers and left her with some change (it was more than enough for my laundry to be washed and dried. Well, the next morning, I picked up my belongings and she never gave me back my bag of quarters. Second experience, I left my comforters, sheets, and blankets to dry and came back to get them and noticed the worker left with my blanket and took off with her "thug" looking boyfriend. It didn't all puzzle until I noticed my blanket was not present when I went inside to get my other belongings. I am not pleased. The employees here seem to lack moral values and good behavior. If you go here, just stay and do your laundry and don't leave."
