"Very friendly environment and staff in a nice clean laundromat!"

"We were in town to visit historic sites. Our hotel had 1 washer/1 dryer. I had never used a laundromat before, but decided to try it out (because why do 3 loads separately when I can do 3 independent loads at the same time?). What a great experience! I did everything wrong that someone could have done wrong, (from attempting to use my credit card to pay for the machines, to having no idea how many loads to add to one of those huge dryers). The sweet lady managing this business, as well as three other ladies doing their own laundry that evening were so kind and helpful! I felt at home! The place was clean, smelled just like clean laundry and the machines were simply, yet properly marked if out of order. I had a great time meeting those sweet ladies, who I unfortunately didn’t ask for names. Please know that your kindness was very appreciated!"

"Vicksburg gotta catch up! I was at the laundry mat and the worker told me I couldn't use the dryers behind her. They were for workers only and she allowed the white people to dry their clothes. At Beechwwod restaurant the white lady took both parking spaces to keep me from parking and told me plenty room is in the back of the restaurant! Where is the love vicksburg"

"#1-paid $1.00 for a card required to use the equipment to wash clothes. #2- prices of washes always end in in some form of 9. (3.49) and since there’s no way to cash out the balance of the card, at the end of your visit, you forfeit the balance to the ownership. #3-management refuses to allow patrons to use a bank of dryers that work and you only learn that after you have washed your clothes. Therefore you are trying to find enough use dryers that don’t have a yellow, out of service note. #4-two dryers took money from my card and wouldn’t start, the attendant “couldn’t help me”. If I could rate lower than 1 Star, I would."
