"They might have great service once you get them to your property, but we waited almost 2 years for them to come put in a well before we gave up. Every time I called the office I was told they don't do a "list" and they would get to me when they could. They often did not return my messages. We ended up finding out about another company and got our well dug by the other company within a couple of weeks. Mason Wells might have lower quotes but we got tired of waiting. And the other company wasn't that much more than Mason Well's quote and they showed up when they said they would, within a couple of weeks of my first contact."
