"I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I received horrible service from an older white gentleman who I assume to be the owner or manager after complaining to them about ruining my shirts. He was very rude and disrespectful. They're notoriously known for ruining clothes so beware! Edit: (Response to Owner) (1/18/2023) I never once used profanity toward the employees. The young lady was very nice. Things however went left once YOU were called. You immediately got upset because you had to pay for my shirts and started to get disrespectful. I simply matched your energy because you will not talk to me any type of way. You literally started to "act black" using slang to try to mock me so please don't get on here and lie sir. You also only reluctantly paid me $20 for shirts that were valued at $40 a piece. Just check out their reviews on Yelp"

"Useless. Took several shirts to get dry cleaned, mentioned one having stains and reached out to grab the shirt with the stains so I can point it out, but the lady snatched all the clothes and walked off and said "we'll try. that's all I can tell you". Why wouldn't you want me to point out the shirt with the stains? unless of course she didn't clean it..... obviously got the shirt back with the same stains and the stains were not removed. Also, the iron press is worthless. You are suppose to put the shirts on the press evenly or else it won't press it evenly. They just throw your shirt on the press, button up only the top button and press it. If you aren't going to take the few seconds to put the clothes on the press evenly so it irons it evenly, it's better not to even press it! I rather have an unpressed shirt than crooked pressed, now it going to take even more time for me to fix it. Another one of these businesses in oxford that are in business because they are the only one and can do any thing they want. Although I heard of a new cleaner opening in town, I'll have to try that, hopefully it works or I'll just stick to cleaning back home between breaks. Don't waste your time here, because they certainly aren't wasting any of their time, the objective of this cleaner is to rush rush rush just to say "done"."
