"Rude! Changed my previous review from 5-star to 1. I've been here since the beginning when it opened. I always come evenings ONLY, but THIS was my 1st time going in the morning. Never had an issue with the stockier attendant there at night. Lets just say the slender guy who is there early in the mornings is ONE step away from causing this business to be unsuccessful. The place was practically empty. Only 4 other patrons. He approached me w/attitude when he saw that I needed to DRY only, not wash and rudely stated "you need to use both next time". No TF I don't. I paid for what I need. They have 30 dryers! Only 2 were occupied upon my arrival. However. What I CAN do is stop supporting your establishment altogether and take weekly business elsewhere. The dryers are not nearly as hot/dry as they were when the business first opened anyway. I overlooked that cause up til now, I was unbothered, they allow use of credit card and the (other) attendant was great about cleanliness. I own a washer, my dryer eventually broke. Do you know how much business you'd lose requesting if people ONLY needing one thing (not the other) to NOT use your business? Some patrons wash *only*. Given his attitude and the slow dying of the machines, I'll give them about 3-5yrs bfr this place folds."
