"Our heating element went out on our water heater late Friday night, and we were concerned about finding someone who would work on it on such short notice and on a Saturday at that. I reached out to Oxford Plumbing Saturday morning and spoke to Tony. He was in Memphis when I called, but he assured me he could get us fixed up that afternoon since he was heading back to Oxford. He let me know that it would be late, however, but he kept in touch with me throughout the day. He let me know when he finished the last job he had to do before heading to our house. I was really impressed with him keeping me informed in case I needed to run any errands. He arrived around 5pm and went straight to work and was done within an hour. Within a couple more hours, we had hot water again! We were very thankful. He's now our go-to plumber and water heater repairman! Thank you so much Tony! Cold showers in February are not fun!"
