"Went to get drug screen for my job and their toilets wasn't working. Ok, how are you all sitting in a location with no working toilets? Tried to call about two hours after they opened up to see if the toilets was back working and the phone didn't even ring, I've called 6 times off different phones and still nothing. This place needs to be updated with everything."

"I've never really had a complaint about them until today. Usually when I go in, they're very professional and out going. They try to get you in and out quickly, great maneurysm, etc...YESTERDAY (2-27-2023)though, they were as rude as it gets. It was 2 older women just after 10 am. The phone never rings. It just gives you a busy signal. And when you go inside, you never hear it ring. Because they have it set to where they don't need to answer. They both acted as if they hated their jobs or it was an inconvenience for you to be there, and if that's the case, find another career. Cuz this is the one that YOU chose. You're supposed to be a health care "professional" and don't even know how to act like it. But yet, y'all can stand in the hallway where people can hear you both hold a conversation and laughing."

"Nobody even came out to find out of I had accomplished getting an appt. I called several times no one answered. Poor communication with patients needing labs drawn. I have to go again tomorrow to follow up on appt for blood work. Unsatisfactory"
