"Went in on Dec.13, emergency. Was there for 13 days over Christmas. Everyone, nurses, doctors, I have 5 were all fantastic. Explained all to me and left no rock unturned to find what was wrong. So lucky to have them all."
"They DO NOT accept Tricare"
"Every time I go to this hospital, is a blessing for me! I can't thank you enough . I am so grateful to find a place were people treat me with respect and compassion. Thank you for the quality of the treatments and their fast respond to help the ones in pain! God bless you all!"
"Registered nurses were competent and attentive. However, sanitation was lacking. Patient was bleeding. When asked for housekeeping, I was told that they could not come until next day (never did come). I cleaned as well as I could with paper towels and water. Finally the night nurse told an aide to clean. She used a towel that was damp without any cleaner. Her attitude was quite unacceptable as she let us know she was not pleased to be helping us. BTW, she did not clean bathroom where blood was dripped in several places. No towels or wash cloths—we came in through ER and were in room for two days and two nights. No problem with care from hospitalist or physician assistant. Tests were promptly read and both came to room each day to keep us informed of findings and plan for treatment. I expected much more from St. Dominic. Sanitation should be a top priority."
"Dr Terry sent me to Saint D ER- they said at 1030 need to be admitted- then I sit in room until 430. Now I am in hall , in gown, showing my rear. Went multiple hours with no one checking me. Had to get nhookmyself togo to bathroom a d stayed un hooked for an hour and a half before I could wave a nurse down to get hooked back up. The. 5 minutes later they unhook me and put meds in the hall. They used to be the best now they are like the rest"
