The River Oaks Club House is a premier facility located at 1 River Oaks Drive in Covington, Louisiana, United States. Homeowners have the opportunity to reserve the Clubhouse and Picnic area for parties year-round. During the Non-Pool Season Days, only the Clubhouse is available for rental.

For Pool Season Days, from April 15 to October 15, homeowners can also reserve the Pool area for parties, with lifeguards provided by Safewater Management for a fee. The number of lifeguards required will depend on the size of the party.

Key access to the pool is available for homeowners and non-resident summer membership members from April 7 to October 15, with specific hours of operation. Pool rules must be followed at all times, and parties are limited to a certain number of guests.

In addition to pool access, the River Oaks Club House offers tennis courts that were recently resurfaced to provide a high-quality playing surface. The courts are available for use by Association members and their immediate family, with rules in place to ensure proper usage.
