"I've been a Pleasure Pool customer for over 9 years. I was concerned about a pool & water problem. Called Pleasure Pools and they sent out a Pool Expert the very next morning to investigate the situation."

"We selected and paid for pavers and coping in the color "cream-beige-charcoal." It is a three-toned paver. Pleasure Pools installed orange coping on our pool because no one inspected the color of the coping before it was installed. When we notified the company that they had installed the incorrect color coping, they became defensive, passive-aggressive and downright rude. They tried to railroad us into keeping the wrong color on the pool by claiming that the coping they installed was a "variation" of the sample they had provided to us pre-construction. Below are photos of the orange coping Pleasure Pools installed as well as the samples they gave us. We took the photos at the manufacturer's facility against the "cream-beige-charcoal" display the manufacturer had on the ground. Does the orange coping look like a "variation" to you??? When we refused to accept the orange, they halted work on our job until we agreed to pay to have a different color coping installed. They unilaterally charged us $1,056 to re-install new coping. They resumed work right after we paid. We had to make a claim on our credit card to get the money back. I will say, the finished product is very nice, but I wouldn't take a gamble with your money by paying them cash. Eat the 4% service charge for credit card payments so that you don't get raked over the coals by these folks when they make a mistake and try to stick you with the cost of fixing it."

"This pool company dealt with myself and my wife , two people who are not easy to always deal with. They responded to every question, concern, issue etc in a timely manner on a text thread with several of their workers. They said it would take 14-16 weeks and we were swimming at 16 weeks. They have been honest and helpful through the whole process. The pool is BEAUTIFUL. Aimee is an amazing person to work with. We have heard of issues with other pool companies not responding, not following up, leaving work undone, constantly switching owners etc. pleasure pools is family owned and has had the same owners for many years. We can’t recommend them enough. Thank you !!"

"We have been enjoying our pool from Pleasure for about a year now. This is the first pool we have ever had, and in hindsight I am so grateful that we made the decision to build with Pleasure pools. What I liked the most was their price from the beginning includes all equipment that you want and need ei lights, Polaris, top grade pumps and filters. Other places entice you with a price, and later in the process nickel and dime you. Also, Aimee who does the initial design plans, is incredible. She ran a TON of different pool designed scenarios for us. She put our home plans in her design system and transposed our pool right into landscape plan to scale. This allowed us to see to the inch, how our pool would look in our yard. We reside in a strict HOA community, and Aimee went as far as working with our ARC committee directly to satisfy their request to get our pool approved. This took a phenomenal amount of stress off of me and my wife. She even went as far as putting landscape around our pool in her system to appease our HOA! Once construction begins Homer puts you on a group text with all pertinent people who text you weekly with pictures and Updates. The “big dig” happened so fast, I didn’t even see the dirt get hauled away. To be honest, I didn’t even see evidence that a dump truck even entered our yard or that a dig even occurred. It was such a neat and clean job. After the pool was completed they gave us pool school for several weeks, until we were comfortable managing the water (which is a breeze.) anytime I had a question, they made it clear they are a phone call away...and they stuck to that promise. Here we are a little over a year since the pool has been completed and I had a minor issue with a salt sensor. Mr. Charlie is replacing my entire salt cell free of charge (Which is out of warranty) same day as my phone call. After this occurred I felt compelled to leave them a review. I am sorry it has taken me so long to do this guys!! Thank you to Aimee and Homer for a rock solid pool and for making me part of the Pleasure family! Kyle and Lizzy Money Hill Plantation"
