"I used to love Acadian Care before Access Health took over last year. Now, it's pulling teeth just to get someone in the office on the phone. No one answers our calls, and we have to play phone tag with the Access Health call center because no one even answers for them when I have them call. My son is out of his medicine and I can't even get anyone on the phone to schedule him an appointment. I'm about to pull him from the office completely and find another office that will actually answer their phones when I call to schedule. This is beyond ridiculous! Never have I had this much trouble trying to schedule a doctor appointment for my kids! Worst. Service. Ever!!!"

"Since of the rating design, Gloria Stewart will generously receive a 1 star instead of a zero. My son is 11 and is on the spectrum. He has been a patient of Acadian care for nearly a year now with Jaimie Loebner as his nurse practitioner. She was lovely and my son was really comfortable with her. She recently left the practice and we had to see someone new. We waited over an hour to see the new nurse practitioner, Gloria Stewart. I assume it was Gloria Stewart as she never introduced herself or even asked my son his name. She was rushed due to an overbooked clinic and it was painfully obvious. Between her small breaks from staring at her computer, she asked my son very generic questions; “How is school?”, “How are your grades?”... etc. She then talked to him about the importance of outdoor play and exercise, which I totally agree with. She then began this bizarre lecture about vitamin d. It was really strange and confusing as she is a psychiatrist and not his pediatrician. She went on and on about it. I just nodded and listened to her speech. I then commented that my son drinks plenty of vitamin d milk, which she responded very condescendingly that was hardly equivalent to taking a vitamin d supplement. Shocked by her rudeness and tone to my seemingly innocent comment, I simply responded that I didn’t claim it was. Sensing at this point how rude she was being, she apologized. The atmosphere during the entire visit with her was heavy and uncomfortable. My son will not be seeing her again. By the way, Acadian Care transitioning into Access Health has been anything but seamless. I echo the several complaints about not being able to get through or receive responses."
