"I've used Dr. Grayson now for almost a decade and I refuse to bring my kids to anyone else if I can help it. My kids love her and she has always explained everything thoroughly to me. With the exception of annual check-ups, she ALWAYS gets them in the same day. Once I called her office in the school parking lot after checking out my sick child. Within an hour we were already home after being treated by her. If that's not an example of her care for her patients, I don't know what is."

"Can not speak on the doctor since we never made it far enough to see her but the woman who answers the phone / works the first desk is absolutely horrible. The second I called to make the appointment she was so rude and questioned me on if I have another pediatrician already then we need to go to them. I let her know we did have one but I moved from ocean springs so we were looking for a new one. More questions followed and acting as if I was putting her out to deal with my son. Appointment comes, I do not have a copy of my husbands new insurance cards yet but provided name, dob & social to call the company. This woman acts as if it is the most difficult thing she’s come across at the job. Then proceeds to refuse the to let the doctor go ahead and start the appointment while she’s on hold with blue cross and told me I’d be “waiting for a quite a while”. I had to have him dropped off back at school by 10am so I could come into work today so I had to leave. I would’ve been willing to pay for this appointment without billing for insurance coverage but I will never step foot in that office again until that woman finds herself another job. I’m sure the doctor is fine but she lost 4 children as potential patients"

"I probably should have done this years ago(2012), when she saw my son, but hey it's never too late. This Black woman saved my child's life. My 3 month old son had fever of 103 up to 104 for days... I took him to the ER, and multiple Dr.'s Care and got nothing but he has an infection, and don't know where it is. My heart was crushed. I then booked an appt with no insurance at Dr. Grayson's office. She came and LISTENED to me, she was very nice and welcoming, she made me feel very comfortable. I explained to whole situation to her. She looked at my son and told me to get him to the ER right away As soon as I got there we went straight to the back. She saved his life, and I Thank her forever and more and always... I recommend her to any one living in the Biloxi area."
