"Had pool fiberglass pool installed. The tiles around pool broken and cracked. Notified Jeff I July 2023, still no response after many phone calls. Will not stand behind his work. Need to get them replaced. He’s such a procrastinator. Would not recommend him. All he’s worried about is race cars."

"27 tiles cracked 6 weeks after pool installed called Jeff "I'll put it on the list." Next time I called "I'll fix it although it's not under warranty just because I want to make you happy." Two years latrr still have 27 cracked tile that are sharp enough to cut my grandchildrens hands and feet if they were to climb out that side of the pool. Jeff your on my list. Don't use this pool company."
