After looking at it, Josh asked me what was wrong with it. Then said it was called "canning." He said that sometimes happens and that if he replaced it, he couldn't guarantee it wouldn't look just like this. This was the first time I had been informed of that possibility. I had him replace it with shingles and he charged me for a metal roof, not a shingled roof."
