"I had originally left a 4 star rating. I am updating that due to a lack of transparency & awful customer service. I was asked to drive my car uninsured. To show no damage B4 they would take payment. 800 # took my payment NO PROBLEM THEY CAN'T EXPLAIN LISTED CHANGES IN MY POLICY? I had a friend make a payment & he was added to my policy? An over 40 dollar charge they won't remove. I cannot see my detailed bill? They can't show me my signed contract? Do not recommend ‼️"

"I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would give no stars if I could. My husband and I had just purchased a car and wanted some insurance. This was the first place we called. The owner of this company was not there so an employee got on the phone and attempted to assist. Within the first 10 sec on the phone I know it was a mistake. Everytime she asked for info my husband had to repeat it to her multiple times slowly. Then when she put him on hold we heard her entire conversation in the background. Some of the things said were offensive. We heard her discussing her personal business, how my husband's name was like a girl's name and she was very loud and hood when she saw his driving record and discussed it with who ever was there with her. Everything about our experience was unprofessional, rude, and I hate using this term but "ratchet". I expected so much better. We were so offended and upset.They lost our business to another company because of it."

"Was told you have to keep the insurance for at least 30 days. Which is not true!!! They just wanted to make sure they received their commission check for it. Was double the price of State Farm. Cancelled on Sept 23 and still do not have a refund. Called Corporate Office and filed a complaint against Holiday Insurance Co. Now going to file a complaint with the State Insurance Dept. Called and same as the person who left a review above they answered the phone by saying "hello??" and when I said is this a business she responded yes! That's what I said like I'm the stupid one. Really?!?! Beware of this company people!!!"

"Okay, first off....very unprofessional women working at this "business." When i first purchased my vehicle, Barbara came to the dealership and wrote my insurance info. She seemed okay or whatever!!! I called a few times for different reasons and each time, I had to ask the name of the business (to make sure i had the correct one) because whoever answered the phone NEVER says the business name nor speaks or sounds professional!!!! Who does that? Then they talk to you with attitudes or as if you are friends and not a client....again...who does that? Last person i spoke with was Tanya (very unprofessional). Most of the time they seem to not be able to communicate with one another when it comes to client policies and info (they often give different information pertaining to the same things). The only reason i deal with them now (continued) is because they offer the lowest rate on my car insurance. As soon as i find a better company; Im leaving this ghetto trash. Sorry to say but it seems like Holiday Insurance is being ran by an office of unprofessional black women (something we dont need in this world anymore). I wouldnt recommend them to my imaginary friend. Good day!!!! P.S- I had to give them a star in order to post but i wouldnt give even that little."

"Since day one this place has been an absolute joke. I never would have dealt with them but my husband bought me a truck And the car sales man took him to this place to get insurance so we were stuck. I have called about getting several different things and its always an issue. Today was the last straw I needed insurance on another vehicle and not only was I told they didn't find our info in the system they told me they wouldn't even give me quote on insurance unless we came and let them inspect the vehicle. Never in all my years driving and owning many vehicles have I had to do this I have always called And had it insured on the phone"
