"I sat in your drive through for an entire to make change for my job. The first cashier that help was not very good with explaining why my social security card and my drivers license was need to make change for a company that banks with y’all as a cooperation. I will definitely be contacting my TM in reference to this as well as the branch manager. No way it should have taken an hour to make change this is horrible"

"The ATM began a reboot or something while I was trying to make a withdrawal. It kept my card. I went in the branch, there was a young lady with a mask on at the second glass door. I told her( through the door, because she would not open it) that the ATM just kept my card. She said “we have nothing to do with that machine, you just gotta order another card “ and proceeded to walk off. The door was locked. She did not come back to the door or offer any assistance. I don’t know who the branch manager is at this location, but it seems some of your employees need to be retrained. They have no customer service skills. I understand it was a little after 5:00 and the bank just closed, but it was the way she said it and just walked off so rudely."

"Not the sites fault itself, but Capital One is trash as a whole. I've been waiting on this trash corporate system to send me my debit card. I've been waiting a d*** month and a half. I have bills attached to the card. Not everything can or should be linked 2 your account. So I'm behind on things due to them not being able 2 print a piece of plastic!! They keep u tied behind automation so they really don't have 2 answer questions they can't answer! Have to jump through hoops and automations to even get employees."

"DO NOT USE THE ATM AT THIS LOCATION!!! On Sunday Aug 28 i drove up and tried to deposit cash in the outside ATM. As my deposit was processing the ATM suddenly went blank, and a message appeared that said “cable signal lost” the ATM took my card and cash deposit with NO CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT. I immediately called customer service, the agent assured me that she was sending a new card and that my deposit would be credited within “3-5 business days” new card arrived yesterday, but no credit to account! Spent an hour this morning with customer service and there was no pending credit! The agent had done nothing!! Filed a claim this morning!! Will be 45 days until they decide whether or not my claim is good!! Horrible customer service experience, i even had to look up the address to give to the agent, and the Number on the ATM! Beware of this location, they wont fix their machines and once they take your money you are on your own apparently"

"There needs to be an option for zero stars. I banked here for many years. Last year they pulled the plug on customer service. Everything went online. My card was due to expire January 2021. The day after Christmas, capital one deactivated my old card before a new one arrived. I called over a dozen times and never spoke with the same person twice. After two weeks of no card access, I withdrew my money and shut down the account. I went down the road to a smaller community bank, and REAL humans greeted me, opened an account and printed a card right on the spot. Capital one should be ashamed of themselves for failing to care for their customers. For laughs, I'm still waiting on the card that they say was mailed back in December. It's now the end of January as I write this."
