"This is the 2nd year in a roll that the person doing my taxes acted like they didn't know what they were doing charged my over 600.00 to do my taxes and she was more interested in answering her phone this is the last year I will be going there"

"I have used TurboTax for three years to do my own taxes but figured why risk a mistake this year and go to professionals instead. Only for them to screw up my bank info. Called twice about it and was told they can't fix it but would get back to be about a partial refund. Never heard back. Guess this was a $239 lesson to not trust these "tax professionals" next year. I'll do it myself since apparently I'm capable of making less mistake than they are. Just wish I could give less than 1 star. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"My son has ha issues getting his tax refu ds for THREE YEARS now, so we went to this office last year for help filing and getting this straightened out. We were informed that once filing is complete, they have nothing more to do with it. I seem to remember ads to the effect that they would be there if any problems arise.I got NO answer, and ultimately ordered to leave the building Egotistical, arrogant, rude, and NO job knowledge whatsoever between the three of them!!"

"I though my taxes were done in my local office. The 1st prepairer handed me off to someone else. No one read my file. We do not get phone servic at home and my car was down. I have informed everyone to use my email. That was not done, This slowed up getting the taxes done. been with H&R block for years. Understand this to be a glick and not your norm."

"I have used H&R Block off & on for many years. The people are really nice and helpful. They make filing my taxes less stressful. I've never had any problems with the IRS when they do my taxes. I appreciate and all they do."
