"Don’t. Just don’t. They will charge you an arm and a leg, and you’ll have to check their work afterwards to catch their mistakes. This is a large franchise that has no interest in regular people or small businesses. If you’re a big corporation or have a lot of money, you may get their attention, otherwise… They make mistakes, and they are unresponsive when you need to contact them. They are always “out of the office” or they have to “consult with a partner.” It takes forever to get a response, and that is usually by email a week later. Their national website says, “We pride ourselves on being responsive to our clients…so at the end of the day our clients feel we are their business partners and not just someone handing over a bill or a tax return.” Nothing could be further from reality. This is just another big, national firm that will charge you a fortune and not do a good job. You will end up doing most of the work yourself. Find someone else."
