"I had Dr. Saux for a year and switched after I had new tumors popping up and he seemed that concerned. The wait time used to be ridiculous. It seemed like he had to "get to know me" again at every appointment. I was confident with him in the beginning but then felt like I was put on the back burner."
"A dear friend received a breast cancer diagnosis and an appointment was set up with his office for 3:15. She left her place of employment an hour before the appointment time but arrived at the front desk at 3:13 due first day of school traffic for St. Paul's and St. Scholastica. She was informed she needed to reschedule because she didn't arrive 15 minutes early for her appointment. A Dr's office that will turn a cancer patient away because they aren't early enough for the appointment should not be practicing medicine. Image the care you would get if you had to be late for an appointment due to illness due to chemo! What kind of Dr would do this to a patient? Not one with any compassion. What kind of care will a patient receive if they had the nerve to need his care outside of regular business hours? Think twice about this office before you book!!"
"Has way too many patients. He missed such easily diagnosable problems constantly. The cancer has now spread throughout my loved one’s body. Please don’t let your loved ones see this dr. He’s great and funny but time for him to retire."
"Your oncologist needs to be 100% on your team, have time and take time, and be an expert on your diagnosis. There are much more qualified and compassionate oncologists in the region. At your appointment your doctor should arrive prepared and know about YOU. Don't settle."
