"Very rude will not work with you on a payment arrangement! I’m the sole bread winner and they want no less than a 100!! I have a cochlear implant and can barely hear they made a rude comment cause I could not hear! Don’t feel like this is a true company, they are threatening garnishment!!"
"The easiest and kindest place I've had to pay a debt I owed from a trucking company tuition to. Always nice to me over the phone and never called me demanding payment"
"received multiple text from these people. They have no reason to be contacting me and their efforts seem to be a scam. Do not answer or give them any personal information."
"Very rude! You ask them who they are when they call and they give you their own name and not the business name. They keep saying, "Is this (and what they think is your name)?" over and over. I don't even have any debts they just call my number and say someone else's name that had my number previously. Someone should sue their pants off. I would if I had the money. I found this on BBB their own words. Looks like they do in fact put fraudulent information on people's credit reports. quoted them from BBB --- "I have reviewed the consumer's complaint as well as the account she references within. It appears she contacted our office yesterday and voiced her concerns to one of our account reps. I apologize if the representative sounded "sketchy". I've since found it was more that the representative, being new, had never dealt with a case of mistaken identity and wasn't quite sure how to respond to the caller. We will use this situation as a way to train and refresh other reps. Yesterday, following the consumers call, we contacted our clients and ask they investigate the information given by the patient which they in turn gave to us. Their information, along with some misguided skip-tracing on the part of our new account rep, led to this consumer being contacting in error. The rep has been reprimanded as such and again we will use this as a way to train and re-fresh other reps." - So why reprimand the rep if the people in charge of them are just as bad at their jobs. As in this quoted section. " I've since found it was more that the representative, being new, had never dealt with a case of mistaken identity and wasn't quite sure how to respond to the caller." --- They need to be audited."
