"My Client Rep is awesome. Tajuana helped me last year when she was helping out at the location I normally go and she did an outstanding job. After she finished she informed me that she was not a normal rep at that location she was just filling in. She also stated that I am normally at another location. She did not ask me to come to her location she asked if I wanted to set up my appointment for the next year. I informed her that I did. She set it up and laughed because the day it was set up for was my birthday. She said well you are going to have a great birthday. So I asked her would she be the one doing my taxes and she said she was uncertain if she would be at my normal location because her assignment there was only temporary so I immediately told her that I wanted her to do my taxes so make sure to assign my file to her and wherever she was that is where I will do my taxes. So this year I came to her location and had my taxes done. Now I could love a lover filing fee."
