"Had this company did my survey, it's been over a year and still haven't received my paper work for survey and they will not answer there phone"

"EDIT: They completed the survey mid December. Updated the score to reflect as such. They are polite and professional in all other regards, but it did take over 6 months to get it completed. I paid $1000 on an invoice sent to me on June 11th the day the survey was completed(the day I'm writing this review is October 7th) and I have not yet received my report. I have since been told at least 5 times (when I am lucky enough to get in touch with someone) how apologetic they are about taking so long, they've been so busy, "no one wants to work", etc.. the last time I spoke to him was about 3 or 4 weeks ago and he assured me he would have it to me in a week. Fast forward to last Saturday. I called, no one answered, and I left a voicemail telling them I need my report in my hand by Friday or a full refund. I never heard from them and today I've called and its going straight to voicemail. EDIT there was another negative review about a month ago with complaints similar to mine but has since been deleted. I get it you guys are busy but stop taking new clients while you are so behind on your current clients. If you want to make this right feel free to call me. You've got my number"
