"I'm very thorough. I live two hours away. I called before I went that far. I have an Audi convertible. Moreover, over the phone I told the customer service representative the amount I needed. My job pays well so there was no problem whether or not I could afford the payments. However, not only was a credit check performed but they decided what to offer me. Even after being told all I needed was the title and my driver's license. It's bad business ethics and not a first impression starting a business relationship when things are not forthcoming upfront. I just do not want anyone to experience what I did. The only thing good in the ordeal was the customer representative was very professional."
