"Kathy, at the down town location, provided 1st class customer service. She was beyond kind and I appreciate all her efforts to help mail a return item!"
"Never had a problem until today... Shelia was rude. I asked a question she didn't know. I asked another, she didn't know that one either... she could've sent me to someone who did know."
"I received a notice that a secure location was not available for my package to be delivered. I was at home the entire time. No one attempted to knock on the door to see if anyone was home. The notice was left inside the mailbox. I scheduled a redelivery for the next day and I still didn’t receive my package. My tracking information still says redelivery scheduled."
"The employee named Sal was very rude and dismissive when I was asking questions about shipping labels. I walked in on Saturday and there was no line. He was on his phone and not paying attention. He told me he can’t do anything about printing a shipping label because I don’t have a QR code. I talked to customer support on the phone and gave the employee named, Sara a copy of my prepaid shipping label and she said my local post office can do it. It’s called “label brokering.” I showed him the USPS website on my phone and he didn’t even look at it. He just said, “Next!” to the person in line behind me. I was shocked that I had to go to the public library, sign up for a library card and pay to print out a label when I was told by a post office customer support agent that I could do it at the Post Office. I’m very dissatisfied with this employee and he should really be taught proper customer service. This process took 2 hours and should have been much easier because when I brought the printed label, he scanned it just fine. He scanned it from my phone on the first trip and didn’t even look at his computer. He just stated he “couldn’t do it.” However, once it was printed, he scanned it with no issues. He needs to lose the unwarranted negative attitude."
"This location is constantly falsifying delivery documents. Marking packages as delivered and attempted to deliver when the personnel that are delivering these packages never even attempted to make contact with the recipient. That's why I stopped utilizing USPS and go with other options such FEDEX and UPS. Unfortunately, I have parents whom still trust in this government run fiasco. To the Postmaster get control of your crew and the routes. To the staff it is really simple do your job or quit. Stop being lazy and stop lying. Your job is to deliver mail. Deliver the damn mail."
