"Dont buy anything from this scammers of selling and buying karts!! This guy brett is his name dont sell "quality carts" they are missing parts and dont want to keep his words on what they are describing it on his website!! The people who gives reviews are his friends!!! He's not honest !! That is why u will see 4 stars only on there website!!!"

"With no knowledge of golf carts- went to quality custom & Brett probably talked with us an hour explaining all the differences in the carts(pros & cons). I asked many questions which he was honest with. We left with knowledge- came home & researched the specific carts & his answers matched everything we looked at- went back yesterday morning & bought a cart- he was excellent to work with & gave us a good deal. Thank you Brett Ladner! Will be a customer for all future events"

"Came at the end of the work day and even though they could help me with the parts I need. They told me to come back earlier in the day. Kinda bummed out I'm from out of town and don't pass by when they are open that often ... I wish the owner valued the customer a little more bc the help I did need wouldn't have been longer than 15 min. So and they weren't closing until another 20 more minutes or so..."

"We rented two carts for 24 hours for my son's 21st birthday. One of the carts was so hard to shift my husband had a difficult time the whole day/night and had a sore shoulder the next day. The other cart left half of my party stranded on Beach Blvd. We had to jump it off several times to get it back to the place we were staying, then several times again to drop it off at the pickup/dropoff point the next day. Needless to say the party was over at that point because we couldn't transport all 8 people in our party on one cart. When I contacted the company to inquire about some kind of refund, they responded that they issued me a credit of $20.25!!!! I paid $283.50 for two carts for 24 hours and was only able to use one of them for 7 hours. I wouldn't recommend using this company and only rated them 1 star because I had to in order to post the review."

"Came to Bay St Louis with a golf cart that was not street legal. Brett was absolutely amazing. Within a couple of days we were compliant and enjoying our cart. Very honest and affordable."
