"Unprofessional Kenneth it may be his name but I know it starts with a K , it took them over3 hrs to pick my car up I was fine with that bc they called , I got a call asking me where my car was when it’s in the middle of a parking lot ,the tower was so rude had instructions and descriptions for my car , over 3 hrs he pulls up with my car and put it on the side of the road instead of in my driveway , he ask me to sign this (just like how I said it) , I ask him what was I signing he said don’t worried about it and threw my key on the hood in front of my child , no paper work was given , just so rude"
