"I’m giving a 5 based on my experience today. Not past experiences. The past deserves a negative 2. Thank you Crystal. It was about 15 minutes to close. All of us pretty much walked in at the same time. Maybe 14 people. I was the second to last before the doors closed. Crystal didn’t speed up or slow down. She kept at the same pace making sure the customer in front of her was served and taken good care of. She still asked if they wanted to purchase stamps or needed help with anything. I would have skipped all the extra talk. But she maintained a professional spirit. I also would have shut the doors when I already had so many in line before closing. But, she said everyone who makes it by 12 will be served. She even took envelopes from people that were ready to go after 12 out of courtesy when she was letting people out. To save time, she asked the remaining people what they needed and gave us all directions. Some people just needed to be weighted or scanned. The rest of us needed paperwork. We didn’t know. So we filled out paperwork while the others were taken care of. It worked out well and she was able to get us all out in a reasonable time. The parades downtown made a lot of us come to courthouse road. She had been working hard all morning. But, she never got angry or lashed out at anyone. She kept her professional demeanor and took care of each customer. Everyone left with a smile and thanked her profusely! I came a couple weeks ago and she helped me understand what happen to my other package. She didn’t know, but she went got help by asking someone who did know. Some people don’t go that far."
"Thank you so much for all your friendly service. The store is clean, and the ladies were helpful. They helped locate a missing package. They went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered immediately. I will be using this courthouse rd location for all my needs. Thanks, usps. Sincerely the cell phone package girl."
"So far the worst post office I’ve used. I have scheduled 4 different package pickups and they just deliver the mail but don’t get the packages. The only time they actually have is when I went to the post office and complained about it. If I schedule a package pickup, it’s as simple as scanning the prepaid packages. I’m plus we’ve had one mail person be rude about having to get the packages. This is your job. Do it."
"The only post office on the coast of Mississippi, that I will go to. nearly every other location I’ve been to is ridiculous. Some won’t let you have envelopes, one location wouldn’t let me type a recipient mailing list on my phone, they said no phones allowed at the counter, and another one was stealing all of my packages… So yeah, this is the best post office on the coast. The representatives are nice and don’t make ridiculous erroneous rules."
"I have now had my fourth package marked delivered and nowhere to be found. Postal workers said they can't find it in any surrounding boxes. The first 3 packages were from companies that understood the issue and had great customer service. I lost an Amazon tablecloth for $16, Groove ring for $40, and a knife for $37. Each company refunded or replaced the item. However, this last time was a cell phone and the company will not replace or refund until they have the product back at their facility...which is never going to happen. So thank you post office. I am now out $200 and still need to purchase a new phone. This is absolutely unacceptable. I shouldn't have to pay for your failure."
