"Current owner charges for extra for the smallest of things. Things like texting him during work hours to ask basic questions is apparently a privilege. The Covid stimulus checks that were given to everyone without any work? He charged $200 for "working" for it. You pay for cpa services but the taxes are done by non cpa assistants. They deduct the minimum of things my new cpa does. They don't know what they are doing but sure know how to charge extra for literally nothing. I asked them about deductions and they told the vastly differently of what I found from 3 minutes of Google search. My new cpa had to correct so much of my old tax returns that they almost threw a fit. Stay away from this place. You're better off doing it yourself."
