"Walked in & the young girl behind the counter was eating behind her computer screen. That’s not a big deal. It was her attitude! I told her I needed to mail something & she just slid a paper to me to fill out. She then asked what would I be mailing. I told her it was just a dress & she told me I would need a box. I asked was she sure. & she said, “ If you can get it in an envelope, I’ll take it.” Needless to say I got it in an envelope! I tore off the paper that seals the envelope & slid it in her direction & she told me there was a trash can over there that I could put that in. It was all attitude! I said, “Not a problem!” There was zero conversation or enthusiasm at all. I see why things are becoming automated."
