"I've had units here since 2006. The door to my units building has needed repair since 2011, as it easily pops open without using door code. After asking mgt several times, they eventually said they'd fixed the issue. The door still pops open easily, but haven't had any other problems. The staff is very friendly and the facility is always clean with no worries of possible flooding there. Their units are competitively priced and conveniently located. I've always recommended this facility to friends and family. I have an update to my earlier review. The door to the building that houses my storage unit has been fixed and secured to prevent any unauthorized entry. Thank you Jessica and storage sense staff!"

"Our interaction with staff member Jessica and the ease of booking the rental online was extremely helpful and easy. We were moving furniture and other items on a weekend. Jessica had just closed and was leaving the facility on a Saturday afternoon when I drove up to inquire about a storage unit. Jessica had already locked up and was leaving the facility, but took time to greet and informed us about reserving a unit from the website. That afternoon I reserved a storage unit and we moved in after hours on a weekend. The next business day Jessica contacted us to remind me about submitting a copy of our homeowners policy to avoid an insurance fee. I emailed Jessica my insurance policy and we were set with our storage unit. Jessica was extremely helpful and she made moving in easy and smooth. Thanks Jessica, you are the best!!"

"Lovely customer service. Jessica was wonderful! She explained the terms and conditions very well and made sure all of my questions were answered. Well priced in my opinion for a temperature controlled unit. Carts were accessible to make moving multiple or heavy boxes easier. 10/10 recommend!"
