"Today I called in looking to get a storage unit, I was greeted by Claude , and I’ll tell you this I’ve been renting storage units since 2005 and never in my life. Has it been as easy as this and friendly. Typically people don’t care about their job and aren’t willing to make the sale or willing to put in the effort to have a happy customer. I’m currently a business owner and my own sales representative, And the fact that Claude took his time to ask me what I wanted to put in my storage And also helping me find what size would be best suited for this , Is leagues above typical customer service nowadays So not only a five star review for Claude, but for this business as well. Make sure my boy gets a raise. Mngmnt:)"

"If I could leave zero stars I would. Forget it being climate controlled because it feels like a sauna in the summer and when I called customer service all they could tell me was no one was on site and that the building IS climate controlled. Well I'm sorry ma'am that where you are in Colorado or wherever that you are not in this unit in mid summer in south Louisiana, but this isn't climate controlled. Moved my things out because they kept going up on prices. There's NEVER anyone there, no bathroom on site, no broom, no dumpster, no carts to haul your things on. Have to carry it out from the back of the building box by box. And when I called corporate about that they said they didn't know when they'd be able to get carts. Doors always broke. There was someone living in a unit that I personally witnessed. Not to mention it's very unsafe. Last but not least, I had 3 THREE 3 brand new tvs in original boxes STOLEN out my unit that were Christmas gifts for my kids. I wouldn't house my trash here. No wonder why they're typically the only storage with availability, everyone's moving out of there. This is what you get for $300+ per month."

"Would be nice to have some moving carts available. Not a soul in sight and no carts!!! The building could use some maintenance. A good pressure washing and a little paint would help."

"The Red Dot Storage on Gause is horrible! We moved all our stuff out bc of this. We have been customers for 3 years and it has gone down hill tremendously. No safety when the doors are broken for weeks. Anyone could come with bolt cutters and take your stuff. We’ve been paying for climate control when half rhe AC units are broken and it’s 93 degrees inside. Yesterday it was 98! And to top it off they literally have one cart in the entire building. Idk if people are putting them inside of their units or if they were stollen or broken, but it’s ridiculous. We called several times over the last month and half and we were told we would be given a $10.00 credit and that it would be fixed. We’re in August now and nothing has been fixed. People are leaving their trash out front also like it’s a dumpster. I don’t feel safe there at all. There is never any employee on sight either. The office is always closed. When you call they are absolutely no help and nothing ever gets resolved."
