Checked the tire to see if it was salvageable, checked for spare (no spare in the new cars), found where we could buy that size of tire locally, drove them to get the tire replaced, AND offered to pay for the tire and take my credit card over the phone for reimbursement. He literally treated the kids like family and I am very grateful he crossed out paths!"

My car broke down and triple AAA was going to make me wait overnight forcing me to sleep in my car, but Mr. Mark came through clutch!
