"WARNING: The moment I move out of state, charged late fee.. pay date is 19th, 20-24 is grace period... Nope, guy in office said it's the 18th, that's why Im charged late fee, no notice of any change to pay date .. they said they sent notice and called me, nothing.. the day I called they sent notice of late payment due AND SAID ITS BEEN THE SAME FOR 20 YEARS, HOW? I only had 2 units for 20 months... checked my statement, payment day hasn't been changed and still charged late fees.. please pay attention to what they say and do to your account.. especially the guy in the office.. they will try their best to milk money from you.. I'm rushing to get my belongings out before they decide to do other things to my account.. go with executive storage!!!!"
