"Makes it such a hassle and inconvenience to people who reside in rural areas where our mail is delivered because they refuse to go down the driveway to drop off any packages. We have to drive 20+ minutes into town to pick them up or we dont get them at all. Either that or wait 2 or more hours sitting at our mailbox because the mail never comes at a set time anywhere from 1130am to as late as 330pm! They're the ONLY delivery service that refuses to deliver at the houses because they dont want to drive down our driveway."
