"Well I went in...I was next in line she called someone ahead of me to get their stuff on the truck, I walk up for my turn I had to send a code to her she stepped over to the next register I said ma'am I have another transaction she said "Do you have it pulled up?" I said yes I do, you have it on your phone right now? I picked my things up walked out of the store. I contacted Amazon and I no longer have any business dealings with UPS. No I didn't contact her boss or post on Facebook. Me and Amazon took our business to FedEx. They are more efficient and actually have good customer service. You never know who the tattoo lady with shorts looking a hot mess really is. And it's hot and stinky dingy in the store."
