"The only people giving good reviews work for this post office or have at some point they are lazy and won't even answer a damned phone they would rather watch it ring than pick it up to answer a few questions Update I'm contacting the postal inspector and reporting the misconduct everyone in that building needs to be fired"

"Worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. They put a flag where I was supposed to put my mailbox and then refused to deliver to it unless I moved it. Then they refused to let me pick up my packages until I moved the box, despite my telling them I had to wait until my husband got back from a work trip to move it. Petty. Unhelpful. Spiteful."

"I had ordered heated cat beds for my outside cats that were to be delivered on the coldest day of the year. I got a text saying they weren't delivered because they couldn't access the driveway. This is total BS. There is NOTHING and is never anything blocking my driveway with is 20 yards from my house. The driver apparently didn't want to get out in the cold."

"Their prepaid priority boxes were incredibly small. I tried to mail something that someone had purchased from me online and they didnt have a box to fit it (just a pair of heels so it wasn't large at all) and the lady was not clear and didnt say what she meant and I ended up having to pay DOUBLE what I was even getting for the item being shipped because I had to pay for the box myself. Making the drive to bogalousa post office instead because they actually take care of their customers unlike this place."

"Super friendly and helpful staff (especially Miss Priscilla). Super clean establishment. It is a smaller service area compared to larger post offices, but they have a wrap around hallway outside the service room filled with po boxes. Hours are clearly labeled in entry way and mail pick up for the drop off box is 3:30pm Monday through Friday and 12:30 Saturdays."
