"My Son had me order flowers for my DIL a just because gift to show appreciation and love to her for being a great wife, I ordered them for same day delivery And paid online. Later on I called my Son to see if they had been delivered and he said no but they called her to see what time she wanted them delivered. I was fuming why not call me!!!! the customer and ask that question? They do this all the time Deliver floral arrangements that are surprise gifts for people so!!!why would you call the recipient? What about the element of surprise? They didn’t deliver the flowers she went and picked them up because they called her the next morning and Said that they were short handed but when she went to pick them up she said there were 7 people working there. I called and spoke with the owner who hung up in my face and when I called back she said that she thought i was done talking. We tried to do business with a local flower shop who did not care that we had a bad experience I guess it doesn’t matter losing this customer, business is so good that bad service with one means nothing. If i could give -10 I would. I DO NOT recommend this flower shop because the owner doesn’t seem to care about delivering good customer service. Please REFUND that delivery fee. SOMEONE PLEASE OPEN A FLOWER SHOP THAT CARES ABOUT ALL CUSTOMERS. The only reason I gave 1 STAR is because you have to enter at least one to be able to do the review."
