Shouldn't be the responsibility of the sole person left on an account to cover the neglected payments after other customers leave the account. Especially when that person's phone is paid off and was purchased outright from the beginning. "Dang the other people on your account switched over to a new company? Well, I guess that's your responsibility to pay now. Yes we see your phone is paid off, that doesn't matter. You need to pay for this watch that you don't own and have never seen." And the fact you would rather let a customer walk out instead of letting them pay you for a new line of service + a new phone to continue being a customer is actually kind of crazy. If that actually is a company policy it definitely explains your customer retention issues. And ratings.5+ years of service just....poof. Gone. Especially considering you knew what the situation was and that the customer needing to get off of that account was at no fault of their own? Literally $40 solved this issue at AT&T. $40. Just $40. Sayonara."

"It’s not what it used to be. I got tricked into buying a watch that’s nice but I never walked in for it. Sold under false pretenses. Dishonest sales tactics won’t get them very far."

"Very nice person who waited on us. The problem with C-Spire is they tell you they fixed problem then you get home and you still only get 1 bar and the network keeps dropping you. I wish I had changed carriers and not continued to keep my phones and service with them. Go to any other carrier besides C-Spire to get you phone and cellphone network."

"I did a curbside pickup order which said it would be done in an hour, called the store to see if my order was ready for pickup an hour after order and they insisted that they were busy and didn’t know about having a mobile order. Gave them another couple of hours for them to process my order before I went to the store. Went to the store to find out my order was still not filled and had to wait at least 35-40 minutes while they went to the back to get the phone and activate it. The purpose of me doing a mobile order was for me to have no wait time."
