"Most (but not all) of the employees at the Kentwood, LA post office seem to be there just to get a paycheck, and really don't care about customer service. I've dealt with them many times over the years, but lately have driven out of my way to go to the Amite, LA post office because the employees seem friendlier, and seem to strive to give great customer service. It's a shame that the Kentwood post office employees weren't more like the ones at Amite!"
