"Q: "Why does the USPS not deliver packages to my address when everyone else does?" A: "We ain't UPS or Fedex honey." Essentially all you need to know. It is refreshing to see an organization promote their competitors as part of their customer service training. And as stated by the lovely workers at our local USPS; when possible use anyone but them."

"The people that work here couldn't care less about your packages or mail. They're not held accountable and you're lucky if anything goes to the correct address. A prime, shining example only for why the post office should be abolished."

"No pens in lobby. No address labels for priority mail in lobby. No envelopes in the lobby. Essentially, anything you need to fill in addresses is not in the lobby. You have to wait in line to get what you need, go fill your stuff out, then get back in line. Avoid this one if you can."

"I ordered a package only to find out they didn't deliver to my address. Front lady was very rude about it, made comments such as "let's see if we didn't send it back" as she walks away(because I didn't know they wouldn't deliver to my address which is only two blocks from the post office) , but was treating the two people ahead of me with kindness."
