"Horrible customer service. They haven't returned any phone calls, they dont want to replace a defected liner because I've left messages, my pool liner faded in less than a year, sent pictures to the Crown Pools store in DeSoto Texas where I purchased the pool . Spent over 5000.00 and about 2000.00 in installation with a 3 year warranty on defects and the for has faded. The DeSoto pool installers messed up the side bars that support the sides of the oval shaped pool , the owner came out and instead of fixing said it shouldn't effect the pool from defects. They also said if the seam was stretched to leaking it might cause the liner to fade. DeSoto's store employee pulled up our file and sold us products not meant for our ez pool plan according to the female owner. They requested pictures but said if Doughboy would not replace then they would, that it would come down to them. Now Max the owner states we have a Madrid liner that is light but we have before and after pictures proving it has faded. Neither Doughboy Pools or Crown is taking responsibility. We are being cheated out of a pool wit a pretty appearance. The fading and spotting has cheapened the appearance. The Hoffinger receptionist refused at first to give us your company name, she DID refuse to give us an address and kept transferring me to a so called supervisor who never answered the phone. We have asked for an in person inspection and been refused. They will only go off pictures from a smart phone that doesn't show the bottom well. Then Crown gave us a faulty email. We are definitely getting the run around. I can't and would never recommend this pool manufacturer or our pool company we got the liner from. Very poor trade practice. I intend to contact the Consumer Protection Advocate Dave Leiber as well as small claims court."

"just wanted to note the outstanding doughboy pool product...... we have had a 24 ft. diameter doughboy pool for 42 years.......... although the steel wall construction, vertical supports, and top rail are still sturdy, the ORIGINAL liner began to leak slowly over this past winter.......what an amazing run for a very reliable product !!!.........we finally decided to remove the pool because of diminished sun due to large tree growth.....thank you doughboy!!!!!!!"

"I just wanted to let Hoffinger Industeries know that in 1996 I purchased a Lomart pool (18x36) , I loved my pool , my children and their friends loved coming to swim. Now my grandchildren are all enjoying that pool. In 17 years we went thru 2 liners and many years of fun. I want to commend you on such an awsome product. If it wasnt for a blasted gopher chewing thru my liner causing it to rip, forcing the wall of the pool to rip and ruining that pool we would still be enjoying it. If and when we can afford another one I will make sure its going to be a LOMART product.Thank you again for such great products.. The Fields Family"
