"This location have a bad habit of scanning a package so it will say delivered in the system even though they have not delivered anything. And I am sick of it."

"FedEX Has the worse service that I Have ever experienced. I do a lot of online shopping 5 out of 7 packges delivered by fedex is either missing or mis placed. they always put my packages at some other address and when you call customer service to speak with someone about it they are no help either. Fed ex need to take their drivers through extensive training where they can learn their routes accordingly. There should be some way that when you call customer service they are able to contact that driver and track Their route through the customers tracking number, and find out exactly where the pkg. was delivered. The customer should not have to call the merchants where they purchased their items and file a claim and have to wait days and days before hearing anything back. I have called FedEX about missing packages in the past and was supposed to get a return phone call and was never contacted back, this is poor customer service. It is Frustrating To think that your packages iis being delivered only to find out that it was delivered to someone else's house.. This is Badd business. Point blank, periodt. FedEX need to find a better way in handling this consistent problem."

"Driver teport that he/she left pkg at door at 105 Greenway Circle Richland MS 39218. No pkg was delivered or a vehicle was on my road. Try calling would not put me with a rep"
