"Not recommended: Turns what should be a painless process into a difficult one. Typically, you go into a UPS Store and they scan your QR code and print a label give you a receipt and you're done. This location does not have the proper scanner so you have to email his Gmail acct the actual label, not the QR code. He doesn't have a label printer so he prints it on regular paper and then wants to charge you $3.5O. Mind you, my package was a FREE return to TEMU. He asked, "Who said it was free?" I told him he could give my pkg back and I'd take it elsewhere. It was a waste of a good 10 mins of my time. I took it to the UPS store in Clinton today and was in and out in under two minutes FREE of charge."
"Do yourself a favor and take your item somewhere else to ship it. The guy that runs this place acts like anyone who walks in is bothering him. Everything is very unprofessional, even when you call. It sounds like you’re calling his house and he’s like, “hello.” I dropped a package off a week ago and never saw any scans being done. I contacted him and he said he can’t ship UPS ground. My item needs to be somewhere by a certain time to get refunded. I guess it would have just sat there until who knows when. Bottom line, go somewhere else."
