"I have used J Allen Toyota for years, even before it was J Allen Toyota. I’ve bought several vehicles over the years from here and even if I didn’t purchase a vehicle here I’ve had it serviced here. They have always did a good job. But I was very disappointed yesterday when I went in for a simple tire rotation. I sat and waited almost two hours for this service, which is usually no longer than an hour. The service tech was wonderful when I let him know how disappointed I was with the wait. He was very nice and understood where I was coming from. So this is not toward him at all. I’m on a schedule for my job and I understand when things do not go according to plans, but someone definitely dropped the ball in this situation. I think some better scheduling would be tremendous help here."

"Came in today to get a new set of tires. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, when I looked at my new tires I noticed they were very dirty. I’m guessing it is whatever they used to put the new tires on that was all over the outside and on my rims. For $1400, I would expect better quality of work."
