"Reviewing about a purchase made from them. After a few days of ordering an item from Asure Print, they marked the order as shipped (no tracking information). I waited 2 weeks with no update and no item. I then called them and the person claimed that the owner's daughter got into a car accident and that they will provide the tracking information "shortly". Waited until the next day but they never gave me the the tracking number. Then I called a day after that and acted as a different customer. No mention of a daughter being in an accident...but instead he said, "we're having an issue with our PayPal account and we'll be refunding all customers tonight." No refund was given. I had to contact eBay and eBay refunded me themselves after waiting another week with no response from Asure Print. It's clear that the owner of this company needed some quick money so he scammed 10 people from eBay. Yes....Asure offered 10 items on their listing and they sold every single one for $400, making $4,000 within just a couple days. Whether the owner's screen printing service is good or not, this scam should tell you how he is as a person so I would definitely stay far."
