"Long day of moving and realized we needed to rent a second unit. The kiosk wasn't working properly, access codes were not functioning, and I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Had to finish my move a day later than planned. Thankfully the company I rented the moving truck from were understanding or I would have been charged for using the truck an extra day. Found out that red dot has changed their hours (at least for that location) and now they close at 7pm. The whole reason I even went for red dot is they advertise as being available 24/7. Seeing that I did a same day reservation for my unit, you would think they could let somebody know."
"Love this no nonsense, self serve storage. $25/month (used $5/month auto pay discount to get $2000 worth of insurance coverage free). On a hill, so no flooding. Customer service by phone is always friendly and highly efficient. Self-serve kiosk open and location accessible 24/7. Couldn't be happier."
