"Remember this face!!! This is a scammer!!! The following situation occurred: I arrived for s load declared as one pallet. Instead they tried to load 4 pallets. When I wanted to take a photo of the load, I was prevented and threatened with the police. I called my dispatcher and warned him that I was leaving because the load didn’t match the application. After driving 2 miles the dispatcher called me and said they were ready to load one pallet. I went back and down loaded in fact 2 pallets, which were reorganised into one. What really happened? Probably the customer paid for the delivery of at least 2 loads, but they tried to load everything into one cargo van. The whole process was led by Cynthia McClain (see the photo). Be vigilant and don’t let yourself be fooled! P.S. 2 months after posting this review, the dispatcher called me and asked to delete the review. He explained his request by saying that the broker who placed this load threatened the company with cutting off the ability to work in the cargo transportation industry. Thus, the broker only confirmed my assumption about a fraudulent scheme at this warehouse."
